The NGFNplus Integrated Genome Network - Cellular Systems Genomics (IG-CSG) organized the Systems Genomics 2008 Conference thak took place at the DKFZ between May 2 and 3, 2008 in Heidelberg. International speakers shed light on the complex interplay of intra- and intercellular biological processes, with focus on signaling, in the development and progression of cancer. This conference aimed to build bridges between high throughput genomics, computational biology, systems biology and clinical research, and to integrate knowledge and visions to build models for biological priniciples and translational research. Visit the conference web-site for more information and read a meeting report that has been published in Genome Biology.
